		<description>Well, at least with the hi rat populus, one can safely dispell the Chinese serving cat rumor that's been spinning for eons...at least at the Dumpling House. How many rats were there? 7? Those must be the Lucky Seven!^^</description>

		<description>Hey, sorry about the tough break. I contacted health officials about the Dumpling House right away but sending the picture to BlogTO was an afterthought (I didn't want the restaurant to do a quick clean up before the inspectors got there).
